2. Fare Structure

Base fare depends on route, vehicle category and trip type (one-way or round trip). Additional components like toll, parking, state tax and waiting are applied wherever applicable.

3. Waiting & Reporting

Airport and city pickups include a reasonable waiting window. Extended delays may attract waiting charges depending on location and schedule impact.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations made close to trip time can incur a cancellation charge. Rescheduling requests are handled subject to driver and vehicle availability.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are expected to provide accurate pickup location, timing and contact details. Any major route change during the trip may revise fare accordingly.

We maintain strict standards on driver conduct and vehicle safety. Any misuse, unsafe behavior or policy violation should be reported immediately for review and resolution.
